The development consists of 4 buildings, with a maximum of six flats per block, allowing for intimate neighbourhoods. Each of the 24 luxury suites will feature spacious terraces and private swimming pools, guaranteeing exclusive comfort and a personal oasis of tranquillity.

The flats are divided into 3 types: ground floor, first floor and penthouse. The usable area, depending on the floor chosen, including the terrace, ranges from 211 to over 350 m2.
